Starks Entertainment has announced an upcoming event, inviting the public to join them at no cost in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
"The Divinely United: Fighting for a Cure" event is set to take place on Saturday, October 5, in Uniontown, Alabama. This initiative is the result of a collaboration with dedicated non-profit organizations aimed at boosting cancer awareness.
The event promises to play a crucial role in bolstering breast cancer research across Alabama, driven by its fundraising efforts.
Since March 1988, the Starks Entertainment organization has been dedicated to empowering and supporting the communities we serve. Their mission is to provide tools and resources that strengthen children and families, ensuring their growth and well-being.

The event will be held at the Starks Entertainment Complex located at 218 Gray Street, Uniontown, Alabama, 36786
Event Activities
According to the press release, there will be games, a silent auction, an information booth, survivor stories, demonstrations, and a screening bus.
Owner of Starks Entertainment, Stacey Turner, said, “This event is to raise awareness and support not only breast cancer but all cancers.” She shared that her mom passed away from this terrible disease and that she is also a survivor.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
